LAMA VASTU : INTRODUCTION

The word Vaastu is derived from the root, Vas’ which means ‘to reside. It is not an equivalent of the word architecture. While architecture is the science, art or profession of designing and constructing buildings etc., the definition of Vaastu extend into the realm of occultism.

Vastu shastra is a cosmic ancient science which is based on five elements of nature i.e. air, water, earth, fire and space (the panch bhutas) and different directions i.e. east, west, north, south .along with geomagnetic energy of earth and their relation to five super elements i.e. Wind, water, earth (geomagnetic energy of earth), fire (sun) and space (sky) the panch mahabhutas and further their inter-relationship with man and building.

Anyone will agree to the fact that we, humans, spend most of their time inside a building be it our home, office or anything else. It’s also a fact that all things in the universe have a level of energy associated with them. Hence it’s apt to say that all buildings and even the land on which a building is erected has vibrations of energy associated with it. VastuShastra is a directional science that effectively combines five elements of cosmos and nature. The science then balances the same with human beings and materials. It explains the difference between pleasant and distressing frequencies generated in premises. It is believed that the universe is composed of five elementary elements: Air, Water, Fire, Space and Earth. These elements also combine to compose the human body. In order to get an idea of the individual role played by these five natural elements, one needs to individually understand the properties of each of these elements. Sun is the major cosmic entity which radiates light & heat in entire universe. Water and air are also most important elements for human being. So we should see properly light and air should enter into the house. It is a very good plot which has got vacant land on the north and east side.

In the world everything, substance, man and other animals are made from the Pancha-mahabhoot (five elements). The five elements have close relationship with man and his environment. Nature has given them their proper place according to merit. If we give proper place to these elements at proper places in our building we become one with Nature. Actually nature is the God. One can experience the eternal truth of nature on every step. The whole nature is overpowered with magnetic environment. The modern man has waged a war with nature in many fields. We can see nature with our own eyes and we can experience the Pancha-mahabootas. Going against them would lead us to sure destruction.

Basic Principles of Vaastu:
Since the whole universe is a composition of five basic elements: Fire, Air, Space, Earth and Water. Through these, our body receives Internal Energies in the form of Proteins, Carbohydrates, Fats etc. and External Energies in the form of Heat, Light, Sound, Wind and so on. The basic principles of Vaastu, enables us to achieve balance among these; giving more flexibility of body & mind for a better life. When the harmony between these elements gets disturbed our energies get dissipated in different directions leading to stress, tension and ill health and our peace of mind is destroyed. We then have to redirect our Energies subjectively as well objectively, so as to achieve equilibrium between Internal / External Energies, to attain a healthy body and a happy mind leading to health, wealth, happiness, prosperity and success. The human subconscious mind only understands the language of symbols. The expansion of this subconscious mind is in two domains-One is the inner mind of man, and second is the inner space of a building in which we live. Basically, human mind gets programmed from the space inside a built-up area or building.

Psychic Effect:
Black magic, psychic intervention, spirit intrusions, and negative vibrations are affects physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, when the five elements ( Panch Bhut) in our body are imbalanced. These five elements disturbed due to imbalance of our chakras.

A psychic attack is the sending of negative energy with the conscious or unconscious intention to inflict harm upon a person or their family. These negative energies are typically projected in the form of thought, based on jealousy, envy, anger, and other emotions to that person who is also in the same state.

A psychic attack can be influenced by someone whom the person already knows, including friends or family members. When harmful thoughts are sent unconsciously, jealousy, envy, or anger is often the motivation.

A conscious attack occurs when someone deliberately means to harm another. It is widely believed that a psychic attack is less about the victim than it is about the weakness of the attacker and is similar to bullying behavior.

It attacks a person, who is living in a state of fear, hate and jealousy. It means holes and patches has already been created in his aura. It is also said that both drugs and alcohol create holes in our aura. Holes in our aura can be created during the period of depression. When there is no whole in our aura, its ability to fight with the negativity. There are multiple ways they can enter a person’s aura and stay there for years or for a whole lifetime.
